Function description

➤ Sales Channel Management

  • Management and extension of the camera sales channels in the European region for the following Xenics product/market segments:
    • Industrial
    • Research & Development (R&D)
    • and other future camera market segments if applicable
  • Appointment, training and management of new and existing sales channels e.g. distributors or value-adding resellers/partners
  • Performance evaluation of distributors
  • On-site visits at distributor and customer site
  • Support demo’s at distributor and customer site
  • Promoting of Xenics products during distributor sales events

➤ Direct Sales

  • Direct sales for opportunities in “White-Map-Countries” (where no distribution channel is established)
  • Support of direct accounts during pre- & after-sales phase
  • Find & build-up Key Accounts in strategic market segments for the company

All the above activities include direct promoting and branding of any Xenics product via telephone, e-mail, direct exhibitions or as co-exhibitor, visits to customers, etc.

➤ Additional duties may include:

  • Price calculations on potential Xenics special designs and/or projects in cooperation with the CSMO by the Special Engineering Procedure. (SER)
  • Use of the ERP database to create and manage quotes and sales forecasts
  • Support of the marketing team including the CRM database
  • Reporting on improvements for the ISO quality management system
  • Work in close collaboration with senior management, marketing & sales, operations and engineering teams
  • Recommend, create and/or improve sales & marketing tools
  • Other ad-hoc duties as tasked
